SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

REYAL packages ship within 2–4 days from the date an order has been received. Items are packed and shipped directly from our REYAL distribution office in Vancouver, Canada using standard Postal Services. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

REYAL Skin Performance products and REYAL Supplements are final sale due to nature of these products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@reyalperformance.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and we will be happy to resolve the issue. REYAL accepts returns of unworn apparel for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. For returns or defective products, please send an email to info@reyalperformance.com. Please include your order number and the product(s) you would like to return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

REYAL is taking all necessary precautions as recommended by Canadian Government Regulations. Our digital store and distribution partners will continue to operate in full.
