At REYAL, we stand behind everything we make. If a product isn’t right for you, we’re happy to accept a return.

Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened or used.

To begin a return, please contact info@reyalperformance.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Our team will provide instructions and the return shipping address for our distribution centre in North Vancouver, Canada.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the returned item has been received, we’ll process your refund.

Please note that REYAL is only able to accept returns and process refunds for products purchased directly from reyalperformance.com. Products purchased through retail partners or stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase.
